ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT

The subject of this agreement is the sale and delivery of the product(s) that the BUYER has ordered electronically on the SELLER’s website http://www.alaskateboards.com, with the characteristics and sales price specified below, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts. This agreement sets forth the rights and obligations of the parties.

 

ARTICLE 3 – PRODUCT SUBJECT TO THE AGREEMENT

The type, quantity, brand/model, color, unit price, payment method, and other related information of the product(s)/service(s) ordered shall be as specified at the time the order is finalized.

 

ARTICLE 4 – GENERAL PROVISIONS

ARTICLE 7 – DEFAULT OF THE BUYER

In the event the BUYER defaults on payment, they agree to cover any losses or damages suffered by the SELLER due to the delay. If the delay is caused by the SELLER’s fault, the BUYER shall not be liable for such losses.

 

ARTICLE 8 – COMPETENT COURT

In disputes arising from this pre-information, the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts in the BUYER’s location are authorized within the monetary limits set by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Turkey.

Before signing the delivery form, please inspect your package for any damage due to transportation. If the package is damaged, do not sign any delivery documents and return the package to the courier. A replacement product will be sent to you immediately. If a damaged package is accepted, the website www.alaskateboards.com is not responsible for missing or damaged products inside.
