CANCELLATION & REFUND
CONSUMER RIGHTS – WITHDRAWAL – CANCELLATION & RETURN CONDITIONS
GENERAL:
1. 1. By placing an order electronically through the website you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract provided to you.
2. 2. Buyers are subject to the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188) and other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the purchased product.
3. 3. Shipping costs, which are the delivery expenses of the product, will be paid by the buyers.
4. 4. Each purchased product will be delivered to the person and/or organization at the address indicated by the buyer, provided that it does not exceed the legal period of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, buyers may terminate the contract.
5. 5. The purchased product must be delivered complete and in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, along with documents such as a warranty certificate and user manual, if any.
6. 6. If it becomes impossible to sell the purchased product, the seller must notify the buyer in writing within 3 days of becoming aware of this situation. The total amount must be returned to the buyer within 14 days.
IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT PRICE IS NOT PAID:
7. 7. If the buyer does not pay for the purchased product or cancels it in the bank records, the seller’s obligation to deliver the product ends.
PURCHASES MADE WITH UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARD:
8. 8. After the product is delivered, if it is determined that the credit card used for payment has been unfairly and unlawfully used by unauthorized persons, and if the product fee is not paid to the seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer must return the product to the seller within 3 days at the seller’s expense.
IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME DUE TO UNFORESEEN REASONS:
9. 9. If unforeseen force majeure events occur and the product cannot be delivered on time, the buyer will be informed. The buyer may request cancellation of the order, replacement of the product, or postponement of the delivery until the impediment is removed. If the buyer cancels the order; if the payment was made in cash, the amount will be refunded in cash within 14 days. If the payment was made by credit card, the refund will also be made to the bank within 14 days, but it may take 2-3 weeks for the bank to transfer it to the buyer’s account.
BUYER’S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT:
10. 10. The buyer must inspect the goods/services before accepting delivery; products that are dented, broken, torn packaging, etc., should not be accepted from the shipping company. Products accepted are deemed undamaged and intact. After delivery, the product must be carefully preserved. If the right of withdrawal is to be used, the product must not be used. The invoice must also be returned with the product.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
11. 11. The buyer may exercise their right of withdrawal from the contract without any legal or penal liability and without providing any justification within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date of the purchased product to themselves or the person/institution at the address provided, by notifying the seller via the contact information provided below.

DURATION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
17. 13. If the buyer has purchased a service, the 14-day period begins from the date the contract is signed. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for service contracts where performance has started with the consumer’s approval before the withdrawal period expires.
18. 14. The costs arising from the use of the right of withdrawal belong to the seller.
19. 15. To exercise the right of withdrawal, written notice must be sent to the seller by registered mail, fax, or email within the 14 (fourteen) day period, and the product must not have been used as per the provisions under 'Products for Which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Used' in this contract.
EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
20. 16. The invoice of the product delivered to the third party or the buyer must be returned. (If the product to be returned was invoiced to a company, it must be returned with a return invoice issued by the company. Returns of orders invoiced to companies cannot be completed without a return invoice.)
21. 17. The return form, the box of the product, packaging, standard accessories, if any, must be returned complete and undamaged.
RETURN CONDITIONS:
22. 18. The seller is obliged to return the total amount and any documents that place the buyer under debt within 10 days from the receipt of the withdrawal notification and to accept the return of the goods within 20 days.
23. 19. If there is a decrease in the value of the goods due to the buyer’s fault or if the return becomes impossible, the buyer is obliged to compensate the seller's damages in proportion to their fault. However, the buyer is not responsible for changes and deterioration in the goods due to proper use within the withdrawal period.
24. 20. If the use of the right of withdrawal causes the total amount of the seller’s campaign to fall below the campaign limit, the amount of the discount used under the campaign is canceled.
PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE USED:
25. 21. Products that are prepared according to the buyer's request or personal needs, underwear bottoms, swimsuit and bikini bottoms, makeup materials, disposable products, perishable goods or those that are likely to expire, products whose packaging has been opened after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health and hygiene reasons, products that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated due to their nature, periodical publications such as newspapers and magazines other than those provided under subscription contracts, services performed instantly in an electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer, and audio or video recordings, books, digital content, software programs, data recording and data storage devices, computer consumables with opened packaging cannot be returned as per the Regulation. Also, the right of withdrawal cannot be used for services whose performance has begun with the consumer’s approval before the withdrawal period ends.
26. 22. For cosmetics and personal care products, underwear, swimsuits, books, copyable software and programs, DVDs, VCDs, CDs and cassettes, and stationery supplies (toner, cartridges, ribbons, etc.), the packaging must be unopened, untested, undamaged, and unused for a return to be accepted.
DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES
27. 23. If the buyer defaults on payment by credit card, they accept, declare, and undertake that they will pay interest to the bank within the framework of the credit card agreement between them and the bank and that they will be responsible to the bank. In this case, the relevant bank may take legal action; and may claim the resulting costs and attorney’s fees from the buyer. Under all circumstances, if the buyer defaults on the debt, they agree to compensate the seller's damages due to the delayed performance of the debt.
